We're a small team building a private compliance platform for the work Bermuda's regulated firms deal with every day, from sanctions screening to document review. Every result comes with its source, from a model that runs in a cloud that's yours.

Bermuda's regulated finance market runs on rules that don't bend. The platforms that serve it should respect those rules, not work around them.

We started HarbourFlow to build one. Every screen and every answer traces back to the list entry, rule, or document behind it. And it all runs privately, inside the firm that uses it.

Fifteen-plus years owning audit, risk management, strategic finance, and regulatory reporting in heavily regulated industries — healthcare, real estate development, and financial services — repeatedly the senior finance hire building the controls and frameworks auditors, investors, and regulators rely on.

He built finance from the ground up at Elemy, a national pediatric behavioral-health platform that raised $250M+, and for a $300M+ developer that became an agentic-AI construction platform. Through Genesis Advisory he advises regulated financial-services firms on AI governance.

Zach co-founded HarbourFlow to help modern financial businesses operate with more clarity, control, and efficiency.

His background is in financial technology, cloud infrastructure, automation, and AI-enabled systems, with years spent building secure platforms for regulated environments across digital assets, treasury operations, compliance workflows, and financial infrastructure. He brings a practical understanding of how disconnected systems and manual processes slow teams down.

His focus is building trusted technology that improves visibility, strengthens controls, and helps institutions move from complex workflows to cleaner, more reliable operations.
